How It Goes

8:00 PM - 8:15 PM: Guided Meditation

  • Start your evening with a relaxing guided meditation to help you transition from your day to a peaceful state of mind.

8:15 PM - 9:00 PM: Themed Discussion

  • Each week, we'll dive into a different theme, exploring topics relevant to motherhood, wellness, and personal growth in a podcast-style format.

9:00 PM - 9:45 PM: Open Conversation

  • Share your thoughts, experiences, and questions in an open, supportive conversation with fellow moms. This is your time to connect, vent, and find solidarity.

9:45 PM - 10:00 PM: Guided Meditation

  • Wind down the evening with a second guided meditation, leaving you calm and centered as you prepare for rest.

Your Hosts

  • Whitney Stoner

    FOUNDER OF FIRST FIVE CLUB

    Whitney, born and raised in Nogojiwanong/Peterborough, specializes in recreation and activity development for families with young children.

    As a graduate of Fleming’s Recreation and Leisure Services program, Whitney found her passion for helping families incorporate fun, engaging activities into their daily lives, making health and wellness a natural part of their routine. With a long history in the performing arts, Whitney brings creativity, discipline, and a strong connection to the people she works with. This experience led to her finding her stride in group fitness as a certified Zumba, Aqua Zumba, CIRCL Mobility, Zumbini, Yoga, and Pre & Postnatal Yoga Instructor. She is currently pursuing her GGS Women’s Coaching Certification.

    As a wife and the mother of a lively toddler, she deeply understands the challenges of balancing family life with well-being.

    Her unique blend of experience allows her to offer compassionate, practical guidance to families looking to lead healthier, more active lives together.

    FOUNDER OF PRANA WELLNESS STUDIO

    A work hard, play hard kinda Mama!

    Lyndele has lived in Nogojiwanong/Peterborough for over 25 years. Here, she is raising her little human with a life abundant in nature, the arts, theatre and community.

    Lyndele is a registered yoga teacher with Canadian Yoga Alliance, with 500+ hours in trainings and certifications, as well as holding her Reiki L2

    She has a new found passion in offering Mother's new guidance when it comes to REdefining self-care. Self-care that moves women towards a more sustainable self practice, through guided meditation, gentle movement and self exploration.
