  • Drop-In passes are available by registering directly for one class, or save $$$ by purchasing a 3 or 5 class pass.

    Towards the end of a session we aim to have a ‘Bring A Friend’ day, so you can try a class for free!

    In the weeks before our next session registration opens, we sometimes host Try Before You Buy events for families to try our classes for FREE- we post about them on Facebook and Instagram, and they can also be found on our Events Schedule page on our website!

  • Step-by-Step Instructions to Register for a Drop-In Class Using a 3 or 5 Class Pass

    *YOU WILL NEED YOUR CLASS PASS CERTIFICATE CODE (ON YOUR RECEIPT) TO COMPLETE THE STEPS!

    A: Start at FirstFiveClub.com
    1. Open your web browser and go to [FirstFiveClub.com](https://firstfiveclub.com).

    : Navigate to Classes
    2. Click on the "Classes" tab in the main menu.
    3. Select "Schedule" from the dropdown menu.

    C: View the Current Calendar
    4. On the class schedule page, find and click the button labeled "SUMMER SCHEDULE" to view the current calendar.

    D: Return to the Class Scheduling Page
    5. After viewing the calendar, return to the class scheduling page.

    E: Find and Select Your Class
    6. Scroll down to the booking window.
    7. Find the class you wish to sign up for and click "SELECT."

    F: Book Your Class
    8. Scroll until you find the class labeled "DROP-IN - [class weekday and time]."
    9. Click "BOOK."

    G: Select the Date
    10. Select the date of the month you wish to attend.
    11. Click on the button provided with the date and time.
    12. Click "SELECT AND CONTINUE."

    H: Sign Up for Multiple Classes (Optional)
    13. If you wish to sign up for multiple sessions of the same class, click "SELECT AND ADD ANOTHER TIME."
    14. Continue adding classes until you are ready.
    15. Click "SELECT AND CONTINUE" once you have added all desired sessions.

    I: Redeem Your Class Pass
    16. Fill out the form provided with your details.
    17. Click "Redeem Coupon or Gift Certificate."
    18. Type in your Class Pass 'Certificate Code.'

    J: Complete Payment
    19. Choose "Pay Now" to pay with a credit card, or "Pay with PayPal."
    20. Follow any further on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.

    K: Confirm Registration
    21. Continue following any additional on-screen prompts until your registration is confirmed on the website.
    22. Look for a confirmation email to ensure your registration has been successfully completed.

    Simply check the calendars for the age group you would like to book for. Below you can select the category of class, and then the class you wish to sign up for, then follow the registration process.

  • Depending on the season, our classes run in 5 to 8 week session.

  • Yes! If the class you are interested in is full please contact info@firstfiveclub.com directly. When a spot becomes available, we'll notify those on the waitlist - first come, first serve.

  • Program costs vary depending on the type and duration. Our classes start at $15/class when you register for a session.

    Drop-In classes are typically $5 more than the session “per class” price.

    Events prices vary depending on the event - starting at $5. Workshops and coaching are priced according to our costs for location, professional, etc,.

  • We offer baby-wearing, dance, music, sensory, yoga, science, and stroller walking classes. We are constantly developing, refining and adding new classes to our sessions. Subscribe to our monthly newsletter to get the latest updates!

    Our classes are early childhood education based and designed for learning and family bonding!

  • Our programs are hosted in community spaces, such as local parks, studios, community centres, and gyms. We aim to support local businesses and keep program costs low.

  • Our classes are designed for families who are prenatal, and children newborn to five years old. If you have a child slightly older, contact us and we can find the right class for them!

    At our events like the Adventure Bash, you may want to include your older children. We welcome them! There is no age-limit when it comes to family engagement and fun!

  • Our instructors work very hard to provide the very best experience for each child. For this reason we do not offer a discount when signing up more than one child.

    We do not offer a discount in the event you wish to register for multiple classes. We hope to offer a membership option in the future!

  • Not at this time, though as participation increases we would love to offer a membership option!

  • Our classes are not yet available online however, we aim to offer them in the future to ensure accessibility for all families, regardless of their location or circumstances!

  • You can stay informed by subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media for the latest updates and announcements.

  • Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We adhere to local safety guidelines, and we sterilize our equipment after every class and event. All participants sign a liability and safe space pledge form and abide by it during their participation of the program. Our instructors have signed these as well! We also give you the option to agree to photos and videos being taken and used in our marketing. We also do checks on all our locations to be sure they are safe for young children.

  • We value your input! You can share your ideas, suggestions, feedback, ant and ask questiors through our dedicated form on our Contact Us page!

  • Participant Cancellations:

    Full Refund: Cancellations made one week or more before the class/session start date are eligible for a full refund.

    No Refund: Cancellations made less than one week before the class/session start date are non-refundable, as we are unable to fill the spot you secured.

    Class Transfer: Under certain circumstances, if there is availability, you may switch to a different class or program without any penalty.

    Program Changes or Cancellations:

    Instructor Illness or Unforeseen Circumstances: If the class needs to be canceled due to instructor illness, dangerous weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a one-time pass to attend another class of your choice.

    Make-Up Session: In some cases, we may reschedule the class to a different date. In such instances, you will be informed in advance and offered the option to attend the rescheduled session.

    Refunds: If a make-up session is not possible on your end, you will be refunded for the canceled class/session.

    No-Show Policy:

    If you do not show up for a class/session, that is your prerogative, and you will not receive a refund or class transfer.

    Contact and Notification:

    If you need to cancel or switch classes, please notify us via email at info@firstfiveclub.com as soon as possible.

    In the event of class cancellations, we will notify you via email, phone, or text as soon as possible.

    Special Circumstances:

    In certain exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds or transfers may be granted at the discretion of our team. Please contact us to discuss your situation - info@firstfiveclub.com
