Class Descriptions

  • In Singing Hands, we use simple signs, playful songs, and joyful movement to support early communication and connection between little ones and their caregivers.

This class is designed for hearing families who want to introduce American Sign Language (ASL) as a tool to help their babies and toddlers express needs, thoughts, and big feelings before (and alongside) spoken language. All are welcome—no experience needed.

You’ll learn practical, everyday signs, sing together, and build routines that support language development at home.

Take-home resources are provided to keep the learning going.

    Price: $108.00 Taxes not included

  • KangaDance is a 45-minute babywearing dance class designed to support movement, connection, and joy in the postpartum season—with your baby right there with you.

We’ll dance to an upbeat playlist (no baby music here), learn easy routines, explore line dancing, and make space for playful, low-impact movement that feels good in a healing body.

Do I need a baby carrier? Nope! You can wear your baby, hold them, or keep them nearby—whatever works best for you. Your instructor will offer a range of options to support you and your baby’s needs that day.

    Price: $132.00 Taxes not included

  • A joyful, interactive class where caregivers and children sing, dance, and play together through music.

Designed for ages 0 to 5, this program supports early development through rhythm, movement, and hands-on instrument play—building fine and gross motor skills, supporting cognitive growth, and encouraging emotional and social connection.

This is a mixed-age class by design—little ones learn beautifully by watching and engaging with children of different stages, and it creates a rich, cooperative learning environment for everyone.

Each class blends structure with plenty of room for creativity and play. No experience needed—just bring your energy and get ready to move!

  • Stretch, breathe, and imagine! In this playful class, children explore traditional yoga poses through interactive storytelling adventures. Each week brings a new theme—whether we’re soaring like birds, tiptoeing through the jungle, or balancing on moon rocks, your little one will move their body and stretch their imagination.

Our pace is gentle and kid-friendly, with built-in moments of calm through soft meditation and breathwork woven right into the story. We also incorporate creative activities like obstacle courses, art, and sensory play to support emotional regulation, fine and gross motor development, and social connection.

Perfect for curious, wiggly bodies and growing minds—Adventure Yoga is where movement meets magic.

  • A calming class for you and your baby. We combine gentle yoga to support your postpartum recovery with infant massage and simple movements to soothe and engage your baby. It’s a quiet space to bond, move, and begin to feel at home in your body again—together.

Each session includes real talk, practical tools, and a chance to connect with other families preparing for birth too.
