Drop off your child for a safe, supervised play session at First Five Club while you run errands, catch an appointment, or simply take a breath. Our small-group sessions welcome children aged 6 months to 5 years in the warm, familiar environment they already love, all while in the hands of our beloved, and caring staff .

Drop-Off Care Pricing:
$20/hour

Tuesdays & Saturdays | 9am–12pm | Ages 6 months–5 years

    • Available Tuesdays & Saturdays 9am–12pm

    • Ages 6 months–5 years (up to age 6)

    • Minimum stay: 1 hour

    • Maximum stay: 3 hours

    • Only 5 spots available per session

    • Must register 24 hours in advance

    • Open-play in a thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate environment

    • Caring, VSC and First Aid & CPR-certified staff who genuinely love this age group

    • A familiar space they already know and feel comfortable in

    • Up to 3 hours of exploration, creativity, and connection with other kids

    • A real, uninterrupted break

    • Peace of mind knowing exactly where your child is and who they're with

    • The freedom to run errands, attend appointments, or do absolutely nothing for a few hours

    • A child who comes home happily worn out

  • Parent Relief is available for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Sessions are intentionally small — a maximum of 5 children per session — so every child gets the attention they deserve.

    One dedicated space per session is reserved for children under 12 months. We recommend booking early to secure your spot.

    1. Book your preferred Tuesday or Saturday morning slot — at least 24 hours in advance

    2. Drop off your little one at 260 Milroy Dr. #1, Peterborough

    3. Go enjoy your time — just stay reachable by phone

    4. Return for pickup before your session ends, password ready

    It's that simple.

    • Diapers, pull-ups, and wipes if needed

    • Nut-free snack, bottle, or sippy cup for longer stays

    • We have plenty of toys — please leave your own toys at home to keep things happy for everyone

    • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance — no walk-ins

    • All sessions are non-refundable within 48 hours of start time

    • A pickup password is required to release your child

    • Late pickups are subject to a $1/minute fee after a 5-minute grace period

    • This program is not licensed by the Government of Ontario

Our space is inspired by two of the world's most respected early childhood philosophies — Reggio Emilia and Montessori — both rooted in the belief that children are naturally curious, capable, and driven to learn when given the right environment to explore.

Reggio Emilia sees your child as an active participant in their own learning — creative, resourceful, and full of wonder. Our space is designed to spark curiosity, encourage self-expression, and let your child lead the way.

Montessori brings hands-on, self-directed learning to life — where children follow their own pace, develop real-world skills, and build confidence through discovery rather than instruction.

Together, these approaches shape everything at First Five Club — from the materials we choose to the way our staff engage with your little one. The result is a space where every visit supports your child's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development, naturally and joyfully.
