Refund & Cancellation Policy

By registering for any First Five Club service, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Play Passes

All Play Passes (including Twilight Play Passes) are final sale

and expire 3 months from date of purchase. No refunds. 

Multi-Pass Packs

5 and 10 Play Pass Packs are final sale and expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Memberships

Monthly memberships are final sale once payment has been processed.
Yearly memberships are final sale.
Founding Family Club memberships are non-refundable.

Membership cancellations must be completed through the member’s account 14 days prior to the next billing date by client or when requested by staff. No retroactive refunds will be issued.

Class Series / Sessions

Within 7 days of the start date and after the series/session has begun: no refunds.

Drop-In Classes

Within 24 hours of class start time: final sale.

Event Tickets & Workshops

Final sale. No refunds.

Day Camps

Deposits are non-refundable. Final sale. No refunds.

Minimum Registration

Programs require a minimum of three (3) participants. First Five Club reserves the right to cancel a program due to low registration. Participants will be offered a transfer, account credit, or refund at management’s discretion.

Weather & Unforeseen Closures

Reasonable efforts will be made to provide makeup sessions when possible. Refunds will not be issued.

No refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to participant scheduling conflicts.
